Why do the Bass crave the edges?  It is what we have on Loughborough Lake.  Bays and Islands, Rocky bottoms and walls of weeds;  Shallow bays and deep water all the things that make this a fishers playground, and a lake where it is hard to not have a good day of catching.

A Fantastic Canada Fishing Time

Loughborough Lake is the southernmost trout lake in Canada,with kilometers of wilderness shoreline

2009 marks a record breaking year for the size of Large Mouth caught,and released

You will find large mouth and small mouth bass, northern pike and a variety of pan fish. The deeper, reservoir like portion of the lake contains large mouth and small mouth bass, northern pike, lake trout,  and pan fish.
